Reevo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use the Reevo platform at reevo.app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.

Property URLs Analyzed

We store the listing URLs you submit for analysis in order to generate and retrieve your reports. We do not track or profile the properties you view beyond delivering the requested analysis.

Usage Data

We collect anonymised usage metrics — pages visited, features used, session duration — to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Reevo service
• To generate and deliver property analysis reports
• To manage your account and subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (report ready, verification, password reset)
• To respond to your support requests
• To improve and develop new features based on aggregated usage patterns
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Convex (database), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider processes data only as instructed under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process from competent authorities.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of the business assets, subject to the same privacy protections.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication with hashed credentials, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at [email protected].

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and analysis history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under GDPR and applicable Czech data protection law, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Restrict processing in certain circumstances

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use only essential cookies required to operate the service — session authentication tokens and security cookies. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

If you disable cookies in your browser, you will not be able to sign in to Reevo.

Reevo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
