Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Reevo platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reevo is a property analysis platform that generates data-driven reports on residential properties. Users submit listing URLs and receive structured analysis covering location, environmental factors, market comparables, and derived property scores. Reports are generated using publicly available data sources augmented with proprietary algorithms.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute report data without our express written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive elements into the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, and generated report formats, is owned by Reevo and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

Reports generated for your account may be used for your own due diligence purposes. You may not publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit report content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

Informational only. All analysis and reports provided by Reevo are for informational purposes only. Nothing in a Reevo report constitutes financial, legal, investment, surveying, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any property-related financial decision.

Data accuracy. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data points are complete, current, or error-free. Public data sources may contain inaccuracies. Reports reflect the data available at the time of analysis.

Service availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
